How do I prevent incorrect text imports?

Sometimes it can happen that textile imports are faulty and, for example, no spaces or strange symbols are displayed instead of letters. In most cases, the error lies in the file to be imported.

It can also happen that no spaces have been set between the words. The spaces are only guessed by the Text Extractor based on the font size and the spacing between the letters. If the text columns on the page are very narrow and the text is justified, there is sometimes very little space between the words, which means that no spaces are set at all. Therefore, please make sure that the spaces are set and have not been removed by the software.
