New users are new customers who have downloaded your app from the App Store for the first time and installed it on their own mobile device or new customers who have called up the browser client for the first time.

In the browser version, the new users come from Google Analytics. Here, a new user is counted when the browser client is opened for the first time. As soon as a new browser is used or the cookies are deleted, reopening the browser client counts as a new user.
