Step 1: Order your App Store Accounts

Step 1 is the most complex part of the entire onboarding process and you may have a lot of questions. But don't worry, the answers are all here. Just make sure to plan ahead and take into account the time necessary to complete this step. Activating an Apple Developer account may take up to 2-3 weeks, for example. This is why we recommend doing this part first. 

  

Which App Stores are supported by PressMatrix?

The apps built by PressMatrix are compatible with the following App Stores:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

(The browser client exists independently of the app stores.)

 

What do you need to do?

To publish your app in the Apple App and Google Play stores, you first need to set up an account for each respective store. If you already have accounts, you can skip this step.

Further information

To order an Apple Developer account you will need to provide the following information about your organization: name / general manager, address, contact details and tax identification details.

Your organization will also need a valid D-U-N-S Number.

A valid credit card will also be required to pay the annual fee.

In addition, you will need an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac) to order the Apple Developer account.
